Kelly Langgard is the Director & CEO of Toronto Arts Council and Toronto Arts Foundation. She is an established arts leader who has worked in public institutions at every level of government, and with communities and partners across Canada and internationally for more than 25 years. Kelly has extensive experience in cultural policy, arts funding, partnerships, stakeholder relations, and non-profit governance and management, and she has initiated and led a range of innovative projects, programs and partnerships throughout the course of her career.
