Grace has been in the sector for over two decades. She is the Founder and Executive Producer of Uprise Rebel (UR), a company whose main aim is to support Black and Global Majority female choreographers and administrators, as well as developing inclusive audiences. Grace and UR work predominately on a national, pan-European and international level, working across performance productions, touring, fundraising and strategic development.
