Since opening in 2002, Esplanade has presented more than 58,000 performances and activities, drawing 37 million patrons and 123 million visitors. As Singapore's national performing arts centre, Esplanade is guided by a social mission to entertain, engage, educate and inspire through the arts. Their programming calendar spans cultures, languages and genres, out of which 70% are presented free for all to enjoy. Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre1 Straits Blvd, Singapore 018906 The Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre collaborates with arts and cultural groups and community partners to promote and develop local Chinese culture. Through engaging and accessible content, they hope to nurture greater appreciation of Singapore's multi-cultural identity and a stronger sense of belonging.
