Early-Bird registration for the ISPA 2026 Singapore Congress is open through March 27.
Please note that the member rate for a full pass (in-person) is only applicable to organizational members and star members. Digital members need to upgrade their membership to enjoy the in-person member rate. If

Visa Requirement
Depending on the country that issues your passport, you may be required to obtain a visa for your entry to Singapore. Please refer to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (Singapore) websitefor
additional information. Upon completing your registration, if you need an invitation for visa purposes, please contact Magda Mazurek for assistance.
* Please note that the actual exchange rate may be different from the rates displayed here. Delegates are responsible for any outstanding balance incurred as a result of the conversion from local currency to US Dollars in the process

Helpful Registration Tips
ISPA Members
- Be sure to sign into your Primary or Affiliate account to register for the congress.
If you get an error message that says "registration for this event is not permitted by your member type", it is probably because
you are signed with your Organization Member Account (Master Account) instead of a Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account). Sign out of any accounts and try again with your sub-account username and password.
- Each person that registers must sign in separately. If requested, a password reset will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
Digital Members
- Please note that the member rate is only applicable to organizational members and star members. Digital members need to upgrade their membership to enjoy the in-person member rate.

Non-members
- If you would like to attend the congress as a non-member, you must set up a "Non-member” user account in order to register.
- If you would like to attend the congress as a new ISPA member and take advantage of the $275 new member discount, you must complete the membership application prior to registering. Become a member.
Policies
Entrance Policy
ISPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration to any individual who fails to abide by its Statement of Values. In particular, ISPA may refuse registration
to anyone who fails to maintain a professional level of behavior, is disrespectful or discourteous to any congress attendee or ISPA staff, or who has behaved in such a manner at previous ISPA events.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Lauren Genevieve at lgenevieve@ispa.org. The amount of refund varies depending on the date of cancellation as described below:
- Cancel before March 19, 2026: a full refund or credit minus a 10% processing fee
- Cancel between March 19, 2026 and May 8, 2026: a 50% refund or credit
- Cancel after May 8, 2026 or no-shows: not eligible for a refund or credit
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutions are accepted. To make a substitution, you must provide written authorization by the original registrant via email to Lauren Genevieve at lgenevieve@ispa.org. Please allow 5-7 business
days for processing.
ProEx Booth Cancellation and No-show Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Magda Mazurek at mmazurek@ispa.org. ProEx booth reservation cancellations received after Friday, May 8, 2026 and
no-shows will be charged a 50 USD cancellation fee.
