 Ruchira DasDeputy Director Ruchira Das is an arts leader with over 20 years of experience of working with arts organisations across cities in India. She is an ARThink South Asia Fellow 2015-16, a Global Fellow at ISPA in 2016 & 2018 & a participant of the International Arts Leadership programme 2017-18 offered by the Australian Arts Council. She is the Deputy Director of ARThink South Asia, a programme committed to training and supporting arts managers in the region, reaching over 500 arts professionals across South Asia through its Fellowship programme and short courses. She has led several sessions on Strategic Planning for arts professionals. Recently she has taken over the role of an Artistic Director for Arthshila, a multi art space in Patna, India opening in 2021. She is also the Founder & Director of ThinkArts, which collaborates with partners across the world to offer imaginative arts experiences to children and young people.
