Yuenhung Lei

Independent Creative Producer
Hong Kong

Yuenhung Lei, an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise, has traversed the realms of performing arts and event management. She is also a dedicated scholar of the arts, holding a bachelor's degree in languages from Hong Kong and a master's degree in Arts and Creative Industries Management from Paris. Her academic pursuits gracefully allowed her to blend her profound linguistic understanding with a creative vision. Her journey began at the Hong Kong Arts Festivals (HKAF), where she skilfully contributed to marketing and programming, establishing a solid foundation for her career. As her career progressed, Yuenhung became an independent producer, producing and managing more than ten shows with 200 tours worldwide. She maintained strong connections with HKAF, even taking on the roles of producer and tour manager for several of their productions. In recent years, Yuenhung adeptly combined her creative insights with marketing finesse. As a creative producer, she identified potential artists and initiated various projects. For example, her latest production, "Fall and Flow," a non-verbal physical Kung-fu comedy, achieved significant success with sold-out performances at Festival d'Avignon Off and Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
