Artistic Head of Theatre
Asociación Cultural Peruano Británica
Perú

Pamela Alderson is a cultural manager who has served as Artistic Head at the Teatro Británico in Lima for over 12 years. In this role, she leads both the artistic vision and the production of the theatre program, combining curatorial work with hands-on artistic producing.

She is especially committed to accessibility, institutional collaboration, and intercultural exchange. In response to a changing cultural landscape, she works to sustain the role of theatre within institutions, constantly seeking a balance between artistic excellence and public engagement.

Pamela has represented her institution at the Festival de Artes Escénicas de Lima (FAE Lima) since its inception in 2016 and played a key role in the development of FAE Incuba, a program designed to nurture and incubate new stage projects by Peruvian artists.

She holds a BA in Drama from the University of Hull and a Postgraduate Diploma in Directing from Royal Holloway, University of London.
