Fellowship Participants Hajarat AlliExecutive Director Alli Hajarat is a seasoned arts administrator and human resources professional with over a decade of cross-cultural experience in France and Nigeria. She holds an M.A. in Human Resources from Institut de Gestion Sociale, France, and a B.A. in European Languages from the University of Lagos. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The QDanceCenter, Nigeria’s foremost creative organization and the country’s first dedicated dance center. She also serves as Director of the QDanceCompany, an internationally acclaimed dance company that has toured over 100 times across more than 50 countries. Hajarat previously served as Administrative Managing Director of YK Projects France, a renowned performing arts company, and held roles at Adecco Group Paris, DDB Lagos, and the French Economic Mission in Lagos. She was also a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, contributing to an ongoing AI and dance research project.
