Fellowship Participants Katsiaryna Saladukha Performing arts producer / CEO and Founder Katsiaryna Saladukha is a producer, arts manager, and curator working across the performing and visual arts, both locally and internationally. She collaborates with artists and cultural organizations worldwide on promotion, development, and capacity-building, and regularly participates in international festivals, events, and showcases. Katsiaryna also leads workshops on arts management and producing. Since 2019, she has directed the Arts KiT Centre for Cultural Initiatives, implementing cultural projects, international tours, and artistic exchanges. She is the founder and producer of HomoCosmos, an independent theatre company exploring the human, the body, and corporeality, with a focus on socially engaged work and international co-productions.
