Fellowship Participants Shih-Yang LiFounder | Artistic Director Founder and Artistic Director of Eye Catching Circus, a Taiwanese contemporary circus leader, producer, and arts manager. For over a decade, he has worked across artistic creation, talent development, festival programming, and international collaboration to strengthen Taiwan’s contemporary circus ecosystem. His work focuses on building sustainable pathways for artists, fostering international partnerships, and expanding opportunities for Taiwanese contemporary circus within the global performing arts community.
