Fellowship Participants Yen-Ling YiOperations Director Yen-Ling Yi is the Operations Director of B.DANCE, one of Taiwan’s leading contemporary dance companies. She specializes in international touring, strategic partnerships, and cultural exchange, with a focus on expanding sustainable opportunities for Taiwanese performing artists worldwide. Her work bridges artistic vision with organizational development, exploring new models in international collaboration, audience engagement, and cross-sector partnerships. Through the ISPA Fellowship, she hopes to deepen global connections, exchange ideas with arts leaders, and bring new perspectives back to Taiwan’s performing arts ecosystem.
