With the paintings of Francis Bacon as a reference, and specifically his study of the Innocent X portrait by Velazquez, this dance – theater solo exposes the vulnerability of the body displayed, tried and denatured in a glass case. A fenced area where privacy does not exist and the transparency clearly reveals human frailty. Man, alone facing its existence; judge and defendant, victim and executioner of his own nature, a conscientious being and a animal at a time, left to his passions, orphan without a guide in a futile conflict with himself, throws his body into the battle. And as in a TV reality show, the viewer becomes a judge and a part of this experience, referee and witness of a contest in which tensions between mystical and human meet and move the beholders.
