Fellows Meet at Fadjir Theatre Festival in Iran

Reflecting on our recent discussions at the New York 2020 Congress which addressed the poignant theme of art and borders, ISPA members continue to find ways to circumvent forces which impede on their mobility and connect in person around the world.

We were thrilled to see that two 2020 ISPA Fellows - Maryam Malmir and Pamela Lopez - had the chance to connect for the first time at the Fadjir Theatre Festival which took place in Iran earlier this month, in light of having faced barriers to entering the U.S. for the New York Congress.
