Fellowship Participants![]() Maryam MalmirArt Manager My name is Maryam Malmir. I’m 35. I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. I got my Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematcs in Shahid Behesht University , Tehran, 2007. Out of my love for art I started my learning process in the feld of music and contemporary dance. After fnishing my Bachelor’s, I started studying Industrial Engineering, System Management and Efciency for the Master’s in IMI Insttute, Tehran, 2008. During this period because of my major which involved planning and project management and my passion toward art I decided to consider art management as a career. I was actve in event management, brainstorming ideas and managing workshops in our dance group who worked under grand in the feld of contemporary dance and performance. I selected for ATSA, Arthink South Asia fellowship 2019-2020 to develop my project about organizing Iranian contemporary dance company (Tarab).
