English Colombian lawyer and cultural producer. He’s been Dean of the Arts Department at the Universidad Nacional de Caldas, Advisor to the United Nations Development Programme and National Director of the Arts at the Ministry of Culture of Colombia. Currently he acts as Director of the International Theater Festival of Manizales and Director of Medellín’s Circulart Mercado de la Música, both located in Colombia. He is also Director of the South Atlantic Performing Arts Market (MAPAS), located in Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spain. He is an active participant in performing arts markets, congresses and conferences in Ibero-America.

Español Es un abogado y productor cultural colombiano. Ha sido Decano de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Caldas, Consultor del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo y Director Nacional de Artes del Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia. Actualmente se desempeña como Director del Festival Internacional de Teatro de Manizales y Director de Circulart Mercado de la Música de Medellín, ambos en Colombia. Es también Director de MAPAS Mercado de las Artes Performativas del Atlántico Sur, con sede en Tenerife, Islas Canarias, España. Es un activo participante en mercados, congresos y conferencias de artes escénicas en Iberoamérica.
