English Dancer, actress, director, playwright and social activist. Since the age of 11, she’s been a Frida Kahlo junky; thanks to her, she’s developed a love for Mexico’s indigenous population, communism and surrealism. Since 1985, she’s worked with native communities to defend their rights and create productions connected to their languages and expressions. In 1990, she founded the Health Trust for Indigenous Children in Mexico (Fideicomiso para la Salud de los Niños Indígenas de México). She’s the starring actress in Paul Leduc’s “Frida Naturaleza Viva”, which has won various international prizes. She has created shows about Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, Rosario Castellanos and Frida Kahlo. In 2019, her directorial debut “Se Construyen Sueños” premiered at the Guadalajara International Film Festival.

Español Bailarina, actriz, directora, dramaturga y activista social. Desde los once años de edad, es adicta a Frida Kahlo; gracias a ella, conoció el amor a los indios de México, el comunismo y el surrealismo. Desde 1985 trabaja con comunidades de pueblos originarios por la defensa de sus derechos y crea espectáculos relacionados con sus lenguas y sus expresiones. En 1990 fundó el Fideicomiso para la Salud de los niños indígenas de México. Protagoniza el primer el clásico de Paul Leduc, “Frida Naturaleza Viva” ganadora de premios internacionales. Ha creado espectáculos sobre Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, Rosario Castellanos y Frida Kahlo. En 2019 estrenó su Ópera Prima “Se Construyen Sueños”, en el Festival de Cine de Guadalajara.
