English Joe Randel is a Senior Program Officer for the Home Region Program at the Walton Family Foundation, based in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is responsible for arts and culture initiatives in Northwest Arkansas and portions of the Arkansas- Mississippi Delta region. Before joining the foundation, Joe was Assistant Director for Texas Performing Arts at the University of Texas at Austin. During his tenure at the University, he also served as the director of the ArtesAméricas Program and a Lecturer in University's Department of Theatre and Dance. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
