Emma is a multi-artform Producer and Programmer. The work she has made and presented has toured across six continents. Currently, Emma is Director of Programmes for LEEDS 2023, leading a creative team of 50 in the delivery of thousands of projects and events. The LEEDS 2023 programme includes commissions, residencies, and exchanges with 30 international partners. Previously, Emma was Co-Director at East Street Arts, Executive Producer for Eclipse Theatre Company and worked as an Independent Producer for a diverse range of artists. Her specialisms include:

• International commissioning and touring
• Programming and producing
• Staffing, planning and project management
• Community engagement and socially engaged practice

Emma is a Leeds Climate Commissioner, steering group member for Sustainable Arts in Leeds and Trustee for Hull Truck. In 10 years, she has raised over £8.5m for arts projects and programmes. Emma is a member of the organising committee for ISPA Manchester.
