Jude Christian is a director, writer, maker and dramaturg based in Salford. Recent directing includes Titus Andronicus at Shakespeare's Globe; world premieres of As You Write It for Shakespeare North Playhouse; Violet for Britten Pears; Pleasure Seekers at Soho Theatre; The Wellspring at the Royal & Derngate; Ten Thousand Heartbeats for Tamasha; Dark Night of the Soul at Shakespeare’s Globe; My Mum’s a Twat, Bodies and Lela & Co. at the Royal Court; Parliament Square at the Royal Exchange and Bush; and UK premieres of Trust and I’d Rather Goya Robbed Me Of My Sleep Than Some Other Arsehole at the Gate. Adaptations include Peter Pan for Brageteatret and othellomacbeth at the Lyric Hammersmith and HOME.
