![]() Lilli GeissendorferDirector Lilli Geissendorfer was appointed Director of Jerwood Arts, the leading independent funder of early-career artists, makers, curators and producers in the UK, in January 2018. Since then she has rebranded Jerwood Arts and redesigned its approach to funding for organisations and individuals, increasing its partnerships, national reach and impact. Current programmes across the UK include Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries and Jerwood Curatorial Accelerator focused on improving careers for artists and creatives from working class backgrounds, and the Jerwood Developing Artists Fund, supporting 26 organisations from theatres to symphonies, galleries to arts centres to provide transformative opportunities for early-career artists from across disciplines and genres. Lilli is a trustee of Fuel, a mentor with Arts Emergency and an Advisor to What Next?. Her previous roles include Producer at Almeida Theatre and Relationship Manager at Arts Council England.
