Visa Requirement
Depending on the country that issues your passport, you might be required to obtain a visa for your entry. Please refer to the Australian Government's website for additional information. Upon completing your registration, if you need an invitation for visa purpose, please contact Magda Mazurek for assistance.
* Please note that the actual exchange rate may be different from the rates displayed here. Delegates are responsible for any outstanding balance incurred as a result of the conversion from local currency to US Dollars in the process
of a foreign wire transfer.

Helpful Registration Tips
ISPA Members
- Be sure to sign into your Primary or Affiliate account to register for the virtual edition of the congress.
If you get an error message that says "registration for this event is not permitted by your member
type", it is probably because you are signed with your Organization Member Account (master account) instead of a Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account). Sign out of any accounts and try again with your sub-account username
and password.
- Each person that registers must sign in separately. If requested, the password reset will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
Digital Members
- Please note that the member rate for a full pass (in-person) is only applicable to organizational members and star members. Digital members need to upgrade their membership to enjoy the in-person member rate.

Non-members
- If you would like to attend the congress as a non-member, you must setup a "Non-member” user account in order to register.
- If you would like to attend the congress as a new ISPA member, you must complete the membership application prior to registering. Become a member.

ISPA is committed to ensuring that our program and events are as accessible and inclusive as possible for our delegates. As you register for ISPA, you will be asked to provide any access requirements to us so we can ensure your needs are
met. A PAC staff member will be in touch with you closer to the event to discuss and confirm the accommodations we’ve put in place for you.

Policies
Entrance Policy
ISPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration to any individual who fails to abide by its Statement of Values. In particular, ISPA may refuse registration
to anyone who fails to maintain a professional level of behavior, or is disrespectful or discourteous to any congress attendee or ISPA staff, or who has behaved in such a manner at previous ISPA events.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Magda Mazurek at mmazurek@ispa.org. The amount of refund varies depending on the time of cancellation as described below:
- Cancel by April 4, 2024: a full refund or credit less a 10% processing fee
- Cancel between April 5, 2024 and April 19, 2024: a 50% refund or credit
- Cancel after April 19, 2024 or no-shows: not eligible for a refund or credit
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutions are accepted. To make a substitution, you must provide written authorization by the original registrant via email to Magda Mazurek at mmazurek@ispa.org. Please allow 5-7 business
days for processing.
ProEx Booth Cancellation and No-show Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Magda Mazurek at mmazurek@ispa.org. ProEx booth reservation cancellations received after Friday, April 19, 2024 and
no-shows will be charged a 50 USD cancellation fee.
