Helpful Registration Tips

ISPA Members

• Be sure to sign into your Primary or Affiliate account to register for the virtual edition of the congress.
  If you get an error message that says "registration for this event is not permitted by your member type", it is probably because you are signed with your Organization Member Account (master account) instead of a Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account). Sign out of any accounts and try again with your sub-account username and password.
• Each person that registers must sign in separately. If requested, the password reset will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
• For members and employees of member organizations who have registered yet not renewed, please note that there might be a registration rate discrepancy. Your congress registration rate will be based on your renewed membership level and your renewed time.
  
  For example, if you registered during the Early Bird Period (September 22 - November 6, 2020) under an organization membership, but renew at the digital membership level during the Online Period (November 6 - January 4, 2020), you will need to pay the Online registration rate for digital members.
  
  To access the Virtual Edition: 2021 ISPA Congress, you will need to pay the discrepancy to obtain the virtual platform log-in credentials.

Employees of Member Organizations

• In order to register, employees of a member organization need to setup an "Employee of a Member Organization” account. If you have an Employee account from a previous congress, your username and password are still valid.

Non-members

• If you would like to attend the congress as a non-member, you must setup a "Non-member” user account in order to register.
• If you would like to attend the congress as a new ISPA member, you must complete the membership application prior to registering. Become a member.
