Caroline Louis is the Executive Director of Bourgie Hall, which hosts more than 150 concerts a year and is one of Canada's leading classical music presenters. Previously, she served many years as Director of Education at Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. Over the years, she has developed many artistic partnerships, including multidisciplinary collaborations, and has spearheaded a variety of musical projects whether live, digitally or with community organisations.

Caroline Louis is involved in several working groups of the Canadian cultural sector, including the Quebec Council for Music and Culture Montréal.

She holds an MBA (HEC Montréal), a Master's degree in musicology (Université de Montréal) and a Graduate diploma in music performance (Concordia University). She is often invited as a guest speaker on professional development in the field of music and on marketing strategy in the cultural sector, and she has been a member of several music juries.
