Fellowship Participants![]() Reece McMahonExecutive Director Reece is an interdisciplinary arts producer working across dance, theatre, live and outdoor arts. In 2022, he became Executive Director of Chisenhale Dance Space, an artist development and creation space that supports marginalised dance artists from Tower Hamlets, London and across the UK. CDS primarily supports an Artist Community of 250+ artists that spans all ages and roles within experimental performance, including performers, choreographers, teachers, curators, producers and advocates for sectoral change. Previously, as a Producer at New Diorama Theatre, Reece helped establish NDT Broadgate, an award-winning rehearsal and development complex in City of London and oversaw a season that saw NDT winning Fringe Theatre of the Year 2022. From 2020 to 2023, Reece co-founded The REcreate Agency, raising £1 million for arts projects and supporting over 550 creatives. His career began at The Place after graduating from London Contemporary Dance School.
