Cultural Programmer
Aberdeen Performing Arts
Scotland

Roxane Girin is a cultural programmer with Aberdeen Performing Arts, the largest arts organisation in the north east of Scotland with a proven track record in developing impactful interdisciplinary programmes, championing youth voices, and facilitating international collaborations.

Roxane has extensive experience across France, the UK, Poland, and a range of international cultural contexts. Fully bilingual in French and English, she is adept at navigating multicultural environments and fostering cross-cultural collaboration.

Her role includes leading the multi-disciplinary programme at the Lemon Tree and contributing to year-round festivals such as the nationally renowned crime fiction festival Granite Noir and the Aberdeen International Season which offers performers from the Edinburgh Fringe their first opportunity to extend runs in Scotland.

She is now focused on expanding the international artistic offer in Aberdeen, positioning the city and the wider region as a sustainable touring destination.
