Fellowship Participants Fanny Martin Executive Director Fanny Martin is the founder of Art of Festivals, an international strategic production agency that combines creative producing with strategic planning to support festivals and their ecosystems through change, growth and reinvention. With a background in literary theory and business management, she works at the intersection of cultural production and systemic leadership, bringing clarity and care to complex projects. Her career spans music, performing arts, tourism, education and civic participation, always driven by a desire to unlock the vitality of gatherings. Originally from France, she built an eclectic portfolio across the UK and Canada before moving to Croatia in 2024 to become Executive Director of Music Biennale Zagreb, where she is leading the festival’s strategic renewal.
