Pamela Alderson

Head of Theatre | Británico Cultural
Director | Festival de Artes Escénicas de Lima (FAE Lima)
Perú

Pamela Alderson is a Peruvian cultural leader working at the intersection of institutional programming, artistic development and international collaboration. She serves as Artistic Head of Theatre at Británico Cultural, where she leads the artistic vision and production of one of Peru's leading institutional theatres. She is also Director of FAE Lima, Peru's biennial performing arts festival, a collaborative platform that brings together seven cultural organisations to strengthen the country's performing arts sector and foster international exchange.

Across both roles, Pamela develops programmes that connect artists, institutions and audiences. Her work spans commissioning new work, supporting artistic development, creating international partnerships and expanding opportunities for Peruvian artists to engage with global networks. She was instrumental in creating FAE Incuba, an initiative supporting the early development of new stage projects with an emphasis on future international circulation, and continues to champion collaborative models that strengthen the long-term sustainability of the performing arts ecosystem in Peru.
