Onn Sokny is an advocate for inclusive arts and social impact and serves as the CEO of Epic Arts, an inclusive arts organization that advances opportunities for people with disabilities through the arts, education, community engagement, and social enterprise. She also serves as a Board Member of Cambodian Living Arts and advises Cambodia's Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.

A Yale World Fellow (2024), Obama Leader Asia-Pacific (2023), and 2025 Kindness & Leadership 50 Leading Lights Asia Pacific honoree, Sokny brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, disability inclusion, arts and cultural development, and community empowerment.

As a woman with a disability, she is committed to strengthening the voices and leadership of underrepresented artists, expanding inclusive cultural participation, and creating opportunities for Cambodian artists to connect, collaborate, and exchange nationally and internationally.
