Login Credentials

You already set up an organization membership account with your unique username and password when you registered.

We set up a primary account for you. The username and password for your primary account was included in the Welcome to ISPA email you received from us. Please bookmark this email for the login credentials. You can also follow these instructions to reset your password.

Two-account System

Our membership works with a two-account system:

1. The Master Organization Membership Account

2. The Primary Account that are used by those who are primarily receiving the member benefits.

Organization Account

Organization Account (Master Account): Your organization profile will be included in the public section of ISPA’s Member Directory and listed on our Member Map.

We recommend adding your organization logo or an image as this is the profile that is searchable by the public.

The following activities are associated with the Organization Member account:

• Build organization profile
• Renew membership/pay dues
• Post job announcements
• Purchase advertisement/sponsorship
• Manage Primary and/or Affiliate Accounts
• Access full member directory and any member-only content
• Apply for Pitch New Works

Primary and Affiliate Accounts (Sub Accounts)

Primary and Affiliate Accounts (Sub Accounts): Profiles of Primary and Affiliate account holders will be searchable in the Member Directory - viewable to members only.

We recommend adding a personal headshot as this is the account that is specifically associated with you.

The following activities are associated with a Primary or Affiliate account:

• Build individual profile for website
• Register for Congresses and events
• Make a donation
• Post resume
• Create blog/comment on posts
• Receive member communications
• Access full member directory and any member-only content
• Serve on committees/Board
• Submit nominations
• Participate in the Community Building Program
• Receive the "Member" ribbon at each congress

Primary account profile example:

Employees of a Member Organization Account (Sub Account) can create an account here. Employees of member organizations receive discounted congress registration rates.
