Maria Claudia Parias, panelista

María Claudia Parias Durán graduated
from the Universidad de La Sabana, specialized in Management and
Cultural Administration (Universidad del Rosario) and with a Master
degree in Cultural Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona. She
has acted as director of Cultural Issues of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Colombia, as Executive Secretary of the Colombian Commission of Cooperation
with Unesco and as Technical Assistant of the Convenio Andrés Bello Culture
Area. As a cultural promoter, she was an adviser in communications and in the
formulation of cultural projects for entities and events such as the Festival
de Arte de Cali, the Festival de Teatro de Manizales, the Corporación
Escuela Galan, the Teatro Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, the service of
cultural action of the Embassy of France in Colombia, among others. She has
worked in the journalistic field with several newspapers and magazines, and as a
lecturer she was in charge of Cultural Journalism of the Universidad
Externado de Colombia and of a class for creative writing and an art critic
in the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano de Bogotá. She is currently the
General Director of the Bogotá
Philharmonic Orchestra, part of the District’s Secretary of Culture, Recreation
and Sports.

oraz tytułem magistra administracji kultury
z Universidad de
Barcelona. Pełniła rolę dyrektora generalnego Orkiestry Filharmonii w Bogocie, dyrektor ds. kultury przy Ministerstwie Spraw Zagranicznych Kolumbii,
sekretarza wykonawczego Kolumbijskiej Komisji
Współpracy z UNESCO oraz asystenta technicznego w organizacji Convenio Andrés Bello.
Jako promotorka kultury,
była doradcą ds. komunikacji i tworzenia
projektów kulturalnych dla instytucji
i wydarzeń, takich jak Festival de Arte de Cali, Festival
de Teatro de
Manizales, Teatro Jorge Eliecer Gaitán,
Ambasada Francji w
Kolumbii. Na polu dziennikarskim udzielała się w kilku gazetach i czasopismach, a jako wykładowca kierowała wydziałem dziennikarstwa kulturalnego w Universidad Externado de
Colombia i prowadziła
zajęcia z kreatywnego pisania i
krytyki sztuki w Universidad
de Jorge Tadeo
Lozano Bogota. Obecnie
piastuje urząd dyrektora rozwoju
kultury Ministerstwa Kultury
Kolumbii.
