Pascale Joubert has newly been appointed as Executive and Artistic Director of the Théâtre À tour de role, based in Carleton-sur-Mer, Québec. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in a variety of roles within the performing arts such as producer, programmer, consultant, international development and tour manager, actress and artistic advisor in contemporary dance and theatre. Pascale has extensive knowledge and skill as a facilitator and catalyst of creative projects that have a deep impact and reach. She aims to foster inspiring collaborations notably by championing national and international cooperation projects and is known to build profound relations between artists, organizations and audiences. Pascale has, in the past, worked with a diverse range of arts organizations such as Playwrights Center (CEAD), Festival TransAmériques, Sylvain Émard Danse, Théâtre PÀP, Festival OFFTA, Théâtre de la Pire Espèce (Montreal) and Sasha Waltz & Guests (Berlin). She has also collaborated with a variety of young and more seasoned dance and theatre artists such as Olivier Choinière and Sebastian Nübling. Pascale has a Bachelor of Arts from l’École supérieure de théâtre de l'UQAM in acting, as well a postgraduate degree in Arts Management from HEC Montréal.
