Fellowship Participants Carla SousaCo-Artistic Director Carla Nobre Sousa is co-artistic director of Alkantara, an international contemporary performing arts festival and residency space in Lisbon, Portugal. Her previous roles include programming assistant and festival coordinator at Alkantara, as well as several years working across international touring, artist development and festivals at Materiais Diversos (Lisbon).
