Fellowship Participants![]() Andre BouchardExecutive Creative Producer Andre Bouchard (of Kootenai/Ojibwe/Pend d’Oreille/Salish descent) is an activist, agent, director and producer who was born and raised on the Flathead Reservation in western Montana. In 2019 he founded Indigenous Performance Productions, a non-profit company dedicated to producing new works, booking and producing tours, providing professional development and educating the performing arts field about contemporary Indigenous performing arts. He holds a Master's degree in Arts Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, a BFA in Dance and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Montana.
